Digital Platforms & IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn page, corporate website, and internal digital platforms with relevant customs, logistics, and freight forwarding news.
• Curate, create, and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement and visibility across digital channels.
• Monitor platform analytics (LinkedIn Insights, website traffic, engagement metrics) and recommend strategies to improve reach and impact.
• Maintain and troubleshoot digital platforms, ensuring smooth integration and performance of apps like corporate workflow or communication tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source relevant content and ensure alignment with corporate branding and compliance standards.
• Support IT-related aspects of digital platforms, such as content formatting, basic updates, user access, and platform optimisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital platform management, social media, or corporate website administration.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, website CMS platforms, and corporate apps; familiarity with CRM or lead generation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional, engaging content.
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office, content management systems, digital tools).
• Creative, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
