Digital Operations & Growth Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the company’s digital marketing and online growth activities.
• Support social media content planning, publishing and engagement.
• Assist with creating simple digital content for social media and other online platforms.
• Learn and use digital tools, CRM platforms and productivity applications.
• Support customer communication and online enquiries.
• Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Help maintain digital records, reports and customer information.
• Research digital trends, opportunities and potential customers.
• Assist with online campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work with team members on digital projects and business development initiatives.
• Learn new technologies and AI-powered tools that can improve productivity and business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE
• Strong interest in digital technology and online business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and the internet.
• Willingness to learn and undergo practical training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attitude, reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
• Candidates with experience in social media, Canva, CapCut, content creation, CRM, digital marketing or AI tools will have an advantage.

Note: No extensive prior experience is required. Fresh graduates, undergraduates, career starters and candidates transitioning into digital careers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to successful candidate.
