Digital Media Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Media Officer to own and grow our digital presence. This is not a social media posting role, it is a content, campaign, and lead-generation role that sits at the heart of our business development engine.

Responsibilities:
- Create, design, schedule, and publish brand-aligned content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, with a minimum of 4-5 posts weekly on an approved content calendar.
- Manage and update the company website via CMS service pages, blogs, news, contact forms, and enquiry routing.
- Run and support paid digital campaigns on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Apply SEO principles across website content, captions, blog posts, and service pages to improve online visibility.
- Monitor all digital enquiries acknowledge within 1 hour during business hours and escalate qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain a live digital lead tracker covering source, status, assigned officer, and outcome.
- Produce weekly and monthly analytics reports covering reach, engagement, leads, campaign performance, and website traffic.
- Capture basic photo/video content and produce short-form videos, reels, carousels, infographics, and banners.
Requirements:
- Develop monthly content calendars for approval before the start of each month.
- Minimum BSc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or website administration.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS for routine website updates.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital ad platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword-driven content strategy.
- Strong copywriting skills; clear, professional, and on-brand. Demonstrable portfolio: pages managed, content produced, campaigns run, or reports prepared.
