Job summary
Candidate will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and lead generation.
- Oversee and manage the company's website content, performance, and SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and experiments to continuously optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, creative) to create compelling digital content and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, with additional qualification in Digital Media marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of excellent experience in managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other digital media analytics platforms is essential.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent network and connections with Media companies, Influencers in the digital media environment.
- Experience in the Sports Betting or FinTech industries will be considered a significant advantage.
