The Senior Digital Media Associate acts as the main contact for junior team members and manages complex client campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, this role involves coordinating workflows, maintaining content quality, and providing strategic insights without formal managerial authority.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-6 years of digital media or PR experience, including time in an agency setting
- Proven experience in independently managing multi-platform digital campaigns
- Experience in informally guiding or supporting less experienced colleagues
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent)
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of digital content across platforms
- Comfortable managing client-facing communications day-to-day
