Job summary
The Digital Media & Branding Executive is responsible for executing all approved digital content, visuals, and daily online presence activities. This role is execution-focused, ensuring the brand is visually consistent, professionally represented, and actively visible across all platforms.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation:
- Design high-quality: Social media posts, Banners, and flyers, Promotional creatives
- Create and edit: Videos, Reels, Short-form content
- Capture product photos and videos from: Warehouse, Installations, Exhibitions, Client sites
- Maintain a clean, premium, and professional visual standard.
Social Media Execution & Daily Presence:
- Execute approved content calendars accurately and on time.
- Schedule and publish content across assigned platforms
- Manage daily: Stories, Highlights, Comments, Direct messages
- Respond professionally and route sales-related enquiries to Client Service immediately.
Brand Consistency & Asset Management:
- Strictly follow approved: Brand colors, Fonts, Visual guidelines
- Ensure no content is published without alignment to brand standards.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and archives.
Campaign & Marketing Support:
- Produce creative assets for active campaigns
- Make content revisions based on performance feedback.
- Support offline branding needs: Banners, Brochures, Roll-ups, Exhibition materials
Learning & Continuous Improvement:
- Improve skills in: Design, Video editing, Content storytelling
- Adapt content based on engagement data and audience response
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND

- Content Execution Discipline
- Content publishing consistency (as per approved calendar)
- Timeliness of content delivery
- Zero missed posting deadlines

- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
