We are seeking a digital marketing executive who will implement online marketing strategies that enhance the organisation’s digital presence, audience engagement, and brand visibility. This role involves hands-on content creation, social media management, campaign support, and performance tracking to drive the platform’s growth and strengthen its connection with audiences in Nigeria and across the diaspora
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging and relevant content (copy, images, videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist in managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely community engagement.
- Help monitor campaign performance, compile data reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to inform strategy.
- Support paid advertising activities, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Contribute to email marketing initiatives, including drafting newsletters and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintaina consistent brand identity across all digital assets.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to support innovation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and performance summaries for internal and external use.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in the creative/ lifestyle space.

- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with precision.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation principles.
- Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Awareness of online streaming and audience engagement trends.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid, 1 day (onsite), 4 days (remote)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
