Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Tutor at Cirvee. Located in Ibadan, this position offers the flexibility to work partially from home. The Digital Marketing Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and project-based training sessions. Duties include developing curricula and lesson plans, mentoring students, providing feedback on projects, staying current with digital marketing trends, and ensuring students gain real-world digital marketing skills. The role requires collaboration with teaching teams and may involve creating or updating instructional materials.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns
• Ability to create engaging, practical curricula and deliver effective training for students with diverse learning styles
• Strong mentorship, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
• Experience in project-based teaching or real-world application of digital marketing techniques
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; digital marketing certifications are a plus
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or educational experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to conduct both in-person classes and virtual sessions
