- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and strategy reviews.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to enhance client growth.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on campaign insights.
- Ensure compliance with digital advertising policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support business development by contributing digital marketing insights during client pitches and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor online reputation and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for clients and management.

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop content marketing strategies and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Create and manage marketing funnels to generate and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
