Digital Marketing Specialist
Job summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, lead generation, content marketing, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the company's social media channels and ensure consistent audience engagement.
- Create and coordinate compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Optimize the company's website and digital content for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Media teams to develop campaigns that drive property sales.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to business growth through personal marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital performance tracking tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

- Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 Net.
- 10% commission on all property sales personally generated and successfully closed by the employee.
