Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create high-performing Instagram Reels, focusing on ideation, scripting, production, and editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot.
- Incorporate trending sounds, hashtags, and creative storytelling techniques to engage and educate our audience while balancing promotional elements.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging formats such as carousels, short videos, and infographics for social media, emails, and blogs.
- Stay ahead of content trends, including AI tools and interactive content, and incorporate them into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, to rank high on Google.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner to target competitive keywords that drive traffic and conversions.
- Apply on-page SEO techniques (meta titles, alt tags, internal linking) and off-page strategies (backlinks, guest posts).
- Analyze website traffic and lead conversion rates, and implement changes to improve lead generation through content adjustments and SEO optimizations.
- Collaborate with the team to define "high-quality" leads and design targeted campaigns aimed at converting visitors into leads.
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns on social media platforms and website.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPL, LTV, and CAC, aligning them with campaign goals and presenting insights through dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Adjust targeting for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns based on lead quality and performance metrics.
- Report campaign results to stakeholders with clear action plans for optimization.
- Experiment with new strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, including paid media and organic growth.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to generate leads, structuring the campaign for maximum sign-ups and inquiries.
- Segment email lists effectively to target the right audience with the right message.
- Nurture leads through automated email sequences and retargeting efforts, enhancing conversion rates.
- In the event of underperforming campaigns, quickly pivot strategies and optimize on the fly to meet lead generation targets.
- Diagnose the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance, whether in paid media, social media engagement, or SEO.
Requirements:
