🔥 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition
• Manage and grow BitLily’s presence across social media platforms
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Optimize funnels for conversions (landing pages, email flows, onboarding)
• Create and oversee content strategies (SEO, blog, social, email)
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve campaigns
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to scale platform adoption

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing & analytics tools
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or e-commerce is a big plus
• Ability to create and execute growth strategies from scratch
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools
• Self-driven, creative, and result-oriented mindset
