Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our online games across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, display advertising, and mobile platforms.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new players, drive app installs, increase engagement, and maximize player lifetime value (LTV).
- Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks, utilizing targeting, bidding, and creative optimization techniques to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships, to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a loyal player community.
- Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and re-engage lapsed players.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as user acquisition, conversion rates, retention rates, ROI, and player lifetime value, and use insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online gaming and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, game design, analytics, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals and player needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Online Gaming Industry is a big plus.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, user acquisition, and retention, preferably in the online gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, with a strong emphasis on ROI and KPIs.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad networks, with proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing content, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
