Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive assistant to help with social media marketing, student engagement and outreach to institutions. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating professionally and wanting to grow with a startup.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create & schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).
- Design graphics and posts using Canvabor or similar tools
- Respond to student inquiries via DMs or email
- Research universities and scholarship programs.
- Send outreach email/ LinkedIn messages using provided templates.
- Maintain a tracker of deadlines, responses and opportunities.
- Assist with webinars and student workshops
- Report weekly progress to the Founder.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook account management.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Prior experience in marketing, outreach or educational services is a plus.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Post at least 2-3 social media updates per week
- Respond to student inquiries within 24-48 hours
- Send at least 5-10 outreach emails/ messages per week to institutions.
- Maintain an updated university and scholarship tracker weekly
- Provide weekly progress report
