Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on the Nigerian and West African markets.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings on Google and other search engines for company websites and content.
• Manage and grow official social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Build and operate private traffic channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups, email lists, Telegram communities) to enhance user retention and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite; optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create a seamless online customer acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience; proven success in the Nigerian/African market is a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in SEO (keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO).
• Proficient in social media management and familiar with paid social advertising basics.
• Experience in private-domain operations (e.g., WhatsApp Business, email marketing).
• Skilled in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and analytically minded.
