(Content Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist)
Chaman Group (Chaman Law Firm | Chaman Properties | Associated Brands) is seeking to engage a highly skilled, innovative, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and aggressively scale our visibility across all online platforms.
This is not a routine role. It is a strategic growth position for an individual who understands content dominance, brand positioning, and digital authority building.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for end-to-end digital brand management, including content strategy, content creation, publishing, engagement, and performance optimization across all platforms.
Your core mandate is simple but powerful:
Drive massive online visibility, audience growth, and client acquisition through consistent, high-quality digital content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
•
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
•
Plan, create, and publish daily high-impact content (videos, graphics, carousels, captions)
•
Handle end-to-end content production, including scripting, editing coordination, and publishing
•
Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and algorithm performance
•
Drive organic growth, engagement, and audience retention across platforms
•
Manage content calendars and posting schedules with strict consistency
•
Monitor trends and deploy viral content strategies where appropriate
•
Handle DMs, comments, and audience engagement professionally and promptly
•
Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and strategy improvements
•
Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels
•
Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning
•
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
•
Strong expertise in content marketing, storytelling, and brand positioning
•
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
•
Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.
•
Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
•
Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and marketing copy
•
Experience with paid ads and campaign management is an added advantage
•
Highly creative, proactive, and result-oriented
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
