We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

- Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital campaigns to acquire customers and build long-term brand equity.
- Performance & Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs and ROI using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Use A/B testing and customer insights to continuously optimize active campaigns.
- Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage marketing budgets, forecast media spend, and allocate resources efficiently across platforms.
- Content & Digital Platforms: Oversee the creation of engaging content, manage CMS platforms, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Team Leadership: Mentor internal marketing teams (like copywriters or SEO specialists) and collaborate with or manage external agencies.
- Minimum qualification of HND/ BSC.
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
- The candidate should possess both online and field skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple campaigns, channels, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
