Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Ikeja. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social media, and email to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and bookings. The role includes managing social media channels, creating engaging content tailored to travel audiences, and overseeing paid advertising campaigns. The person in this role will monitor web analytics and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs. Daily tasks also involve managing lead generation activities, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, coordinating with external agencies or vendors when needed, and staying up to date on digital marketing and travel industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaigns.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive inquiries and conversions.
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics and campaign data, using insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or related consumer-focused industries.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and basic CRM usage is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work on-site in Ikeja, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
