Best Technologies Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing operations, campaigns, visibility, lead generation, and online brand growth across our products, services, and client projects.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who not only understands digital marketing strategy, but can also personally execute, optimize, analyze, and scale campaigns that deliver real business results.
About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the company’s digital marketing activities from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels while driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion growth.
This role requires a practical marketer with strong experience in performance marketing, social media growth, content strategy, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, solving problems independently, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute practical, results-oriented digital marketing strategies
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion growth through data-driven marketing initiatives
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging and conversion-focused content
- Lead content marketing initiatives including campaign concepts, copy direction, promotional content, and digital storytelling
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and search visibility
- Monitor and optimize website traffic, landing pages, funnels, and user engagement metrics
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and customer engagement strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable performance reports
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and management to execute campaigns successfully
- Identify new digital growth opportunities, trends, tools, and emerging platforms
- Lead practical implementation of branding, awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns
- Coordinate campaign execution timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing objectives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of practical digital marketing experience with proven results
- Strong portfolio of successfully executed campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience generating leads, sales, traffic growth, engagement, or business visibility through digital channels
- Deep understanding of paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and analytics
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, digital trends, and conversion psychology
- Experience working in an agency, tech, media, startup, or fast-paced business environment is an advantage
