Job summary

We are seeking a target-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Officer to generate qualified real estate leads through digital marketing and convert them into site inspections and property sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, skilled in lead nurturing, and committed to driving revenue growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Follow up on inquiries generated from advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule site inspections and client meetings.
  • Present and explain the company's properties, services, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Consistently nurture leads until successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing and sales performance metrics.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation, inspection, and sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
