Job summary
We are seeking a target-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Officer to generate qualified real estate leads through digital marketing and convert them into site inspections and property sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, skilled in lead nurturing, and committed to driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and other communication channels.
- Contact prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Follow up on inquiries generated from advertisements and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule site inspections and client meetings.
- Present and explain the company's properties, services, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Consistently nurture leads until successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation, inspection, and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
