Job summary
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all digital marketing activities to achieve company sales and growth objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, performance marketing experience, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve target KPIs, including CPR, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Ensure proper budget management and prevent wastage in ad spend
- Supervise media buyers and ensure adherence to company SOPs and campaign guidelines
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with content creators and creative strategists to improve ad creatives and performance
- Test and scale winning products, creatives, and audiences
- Ensure tracking systems, pixels, and reporting tools are properly set up and functioning
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members
- Recommend new tools, strategies, and innovations to improve marketing performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid ads with measurable results
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience leading and managing a marketing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is an added advantage
