The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement through various digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, and SEM.

Job Description/Requirements
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on insights.
- Create and maintain landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create engaging and consistent digital content.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends.
