Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create AI-generated videos and advertising creatives.
- Learn to use tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Canva, and other AI tools.
- Create and edit short and long-form marketing videos.
- Research products, competitors, customer problems, and creative angles.
- Learn how to develop hooks, offers and advertising concepts.
- Assist with creating and managing Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Create different versions of ads for testing.
- Analyse campaign performance and learn from results.
- Work on real company products and live marketing campaigns.
- Follow documented processes and complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Continuously improve your work based on feedback and performance.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Willing and able to learn new software and AI tools quickly.
- Strong willingness to learn, practise, and accept feedback.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Must be serious, disciplined and results-oriented.
- Previous digital marketing, AI, video editing, content creation, design or advertising experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Must currently live in Lagos.
- Must be able to work full-time from our Oyingbo office.
- Strictly in-office — not remote or hybrid.
- Must be 28 years old or below.
- Applicants with previous experience should provide samples, links, screenshots, portfolios, or other proof of work.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000–100,000 monthly during the 6-month training period, depending on your existing skills and experience.
