What position are we hiring for? Digital Marketing Executive

You’ll be the creative lead and digital driver, managing campaigns and content that grow our brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Create visuals, flyers, video content and editorials that drive awareness
• Build partnerships with banks, real estate firms, and financing companies to expand brand reach
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive ROI
• Grow community engagement and convert leads into measurable sales

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy
• Strong storytelling, campaign management, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and design tools like Canva or Adobe
• A bias for creativity, innovation, and action
• A passion for sustainability and renewable energy

💰 Starting Salary: ₦120,000 gross + call & data allowance

🎯 Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs + Annual Salary review based on performance and achieving set targets.

💸 Commission: 1% of revenue generated from social leads (shared with digital marketing & content team)

🕹️ Work Mode: Hybrid

Office Location/ Experience Center: D8, Ojaja Mall, Ogombo Rd, Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria
