Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.
- Create engaging content including captions, articles, newsletters, videos, graphics, and promotional materials that align with the company's brand.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and community management.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and project updates for ongoing developments and completed projects.
- Maintain and update the company website with project information, blogs, announcements, and marketing content.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Support the planning and promotion of project launches, open houses, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Work closely with project, sales, and leadership teams to develop marketing materials that support business development.
- Ensure all external communications maintain a consistent brand identity and professional standard.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities within the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Experience within the construction, real estate, architecture, or property development industry is highly preferred.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.
- Photography, videography, or basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.
