Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities: 

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media management.
• Plan and implement campaigns across various channels, including email, website, and social media.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Social Media Management:

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain brand consistency
• Drive engagement, increase followers, and foster positive interactions with our audience.

Paid Advertising:

• Manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports showcasing campaign success and areas for improvement.

Team Building and Mentoring:

• Build and lead a marketing team, hiring and training new members.
• Assign tasks, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements: 

• bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably dental.
• Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or InfusionSoft.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for social media.

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria
