Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketer with a strong foundation in digital strategy, graphics design, content creation campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online footprint, running marketing campaigns, growing brand awareness, and increasing conversions through paid and organic channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) for daily posts across all company social media profiles.
  • Produce and edit marketing videos, reels, and promotional visuals.
  • Design high-quality graphics and creatives for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Conduct audience research and monitor trends to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with clear CTAs and a strong conversion focus.
  • Optimize a website and content for SEO and user experience (UI/UX) is an added advantage..
  • Monitor and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid ad campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer support) to ensure message consistency.
  • Manage landing pages, pop-ups, and lead capture tools to drive user engagement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of video editing, content creation, and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage social media pages with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the tech, travel, or ed-tech sectors is a strong plus.
