Our client in the HR industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead social media management, content development, and organic growth initiatives

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok where applicable
- Write, schedule, and publish 5–7 posts per platform weekly
- Manage daily engagement across comments, direct messages, and relevant online conversations
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and adjust content strategy based on analytics and engagement insights
Content Writing & Management:
- Produce 5–8 SEO-optimised articles monthly for the company blog
- Develop content focused on career insights, employer branding, and industry-related topics
- Brief, edit, and coordinate guest or freelance contributors where required
- Maintain strong editorial quality with clear, engaging, and reader-focused content
SEO & Website Growth:
- Execute on-page SEO for all published articles, including keyword optimisation, internal linking, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt texts
- Conduct monthly keyword research aligned with user and employer search intent
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for implementation
- Track keyword rankings and monitor SEO performance trends
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve a minimum of 10% quarter-on-quarter growth in organic website sessions after the first 90 days
- Achieve a minimum of 8% quarter-on-quarter growth in social media followership after the first 90 days
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role with strong responsibility for social media and content management
- Demonstrable writing portfolio with links to published articles
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or related platforms
- Excellent written communication and content development skills
- Basic Canva or graphic design skills for social media creatives
- Experience within the recruitment, HR-tech, media, or job platform industry is an added advantage
