Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team and other key members to develop overarching marketing and communication strategies tailored to the company’s needs.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, the company blog, and newsletters.
  • Develop high-level strategies and practical tactics to increase brand awareness and drive lead conversion through digital platforms.
  • Create, optimize, and manage content for the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and comments professionally, ensuring a positive brand image always.  
  • Provide comprehensive reports as required, to management, recommending necessary adjustments to the digital marketing strategies. 


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role with a focus on strategic and tactical execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and email marketing systems.
  • Ability to craft and implement successful digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead conversion.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and optimizing content for web and social media platforms.
  • Experience with website management and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends.
