Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings and services
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Implement SEO best practices for website and landing page visibility
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using analytics tools
• Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Plan campaigns for property launches, promotions, and announcements
• Analyze engagement data to improve content performance
• Coordinate photo/video content capture with internal teams

Content & Brand Management:

• Write compelling captions, ad copy, and promotional content
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
• Collaborate with designers or external vendors when required

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Experience with ad platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of SEO and social media trends
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
