Digital Marketer
Job summary
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the organization’s brand, products, and services. This role focuses on increasing sales, brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective use of digital channels such as social media, websites, email marketing, search engines, and online advertising. You analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (TikTok & Instagram), Google Ads, Sponsor Ads, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, SMS automation, newsletters, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct market research and track digital trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email channels.
- Prepare KPIs and reports for ROI.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Deliver marketing activity within a given budget.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with brand guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience,
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven results.
- Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Must have a strong portfolio or track record of past campaigns and achievements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of Nigerian digital advertising landscape
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and the ability to interpret data for strategy refinement.
