Digital marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and other digital channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
