Job summary
We are looking for a seasoned digital marketer -SEM/SMM/PPC, Email Marketing, Website Editor and brand strategist owning a full digital marketing strategy and brand growth management, such as email marketing, funnel creation, websites, landing pages, waitlists, pre and post-launch conversion strategy with measurable outcomes, brand management, paid ads creation, and strategy & Campaign management

- Digital marketing campaign including paid ads, SEM/SMM/PPC
- Email & Funnel Marketing
- Manage email marketing and funnel campaigns
- Integrate and operate Mailchimp or similar tools
- Segment audiences, manage lists, and track performance
- Maintain clean data, analytics, and reporting
- Website, Landing Pages & SEO
- Edit website designs and copy (Framer & WordPress)
Create multiple landing pages for
- Different geographies
- Campaigns
- A/B testing
- Design banners and landing pages
- Waitlist & Conversion Systems
- Build and manage multiple waitlist campaigns
- Create forms, connect data pipelines, and ensure clean collation
- Source of signups
- Conversion quality
- Retention indicators
- Asset & Copy Creation
- Landing page copy
- Email sequences
- Campaign messaging
- Support launch and post-launch strategies
- Ensure all activities lead to quantifiable results, not vanity metrics
- Email marketing & funnels (Mailchimp/Brevo/ConvertKit) skills
- Website editing (Framer/WordPress) skills
- Conversion copywriting skills
- Basic analytics & reporting discipline skills
14-Day Success Criteria
- At least 2–3 campaign-specific landing pages live
- Email sequences running
- Multiple waitlists are functional and tracked
- Clear conversion data available for decisions
