Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support the bank's business objectives, product launches, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Drive website performance through SEO, SEM, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
- Manage the bank's social media platforms, creating and executing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and online community growth.
- Develop and optimize email marketing and CRM campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation and customer journey insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for digital innovation and business growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Communications, and Business teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing within banking, fintech, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
