Job summary
Big Point Fashion Boutique is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to grow our online presence, generate quality leads, increase sales, and manage our digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in running paid advertisements, managing social media accounts, improving search visibility
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google
- Manage and grow all social media platforms
- Create engaging content strategies for fashion products and promotions
- Perform SEO and optimize online visibility
- Generate leads and improve sales conversion
- Monitor ad performance and prepare marketing reports
- Respond to online inquiries and coordinate customer engagement
- Supervise the Marketing & Sales Intern
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer retention
- Collaborate with management on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of SEO and online lead generation
- Strong communication and content creation skills
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Must be creative, proactive, and sales-oriented
- Applicant must reside in or around Wuye, or nearby areas, for easy accessibility to the office

- Monthly leads generated

- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
