We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth for BBHH Media and our clients.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for BBHH Media and client projects.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate quality leads and support business development efforts.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms.
  • Create and implement content marketing campaigns that promote our services and portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Improve website visibility through SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Content Creator, Web Developer, and UI/UX Designer to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with BBHH Media’s brand standards and business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and lead generation.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Tools & Software Required: Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud (an advantage).
