Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Plan and create engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, blog posts, newsletters) tailored to different platforms
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing) and track performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions)
- Monitor and improve SEO/SEM performance to increase visibility and website traffic
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
- Track and report on key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Handle community engagement, responding to messages and comments in a brand-appropriate tone
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients to support business development efforts
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and service improvements
- Support public relations and brand campaigns, including media engagement and positioning initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creativity.qeg
- Experience with paid ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
