Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and online presence.
- Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and marketing copy.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
- Conduct market research and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, content writing, and analytical skills.
- Must be creative, proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
