Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills, creativity, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions through various online channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across various platforms (social, search, email).
  • Develop engaging content (blogs, graphics, emails, social posts) to attract and retain customers.
  • Implement Search Engine Optimization and Marketing to improve website visibility and traffic.
  • Manage social profiles, create posts, and engage with the online community.
  • Design and send newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and understand the target audience to inform strategy. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing solutions and measure their impact.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Integrity and professionalism in representing the organization's brand and values.
