Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across various platforms (social, search, email).
- Develop engaging content (blogs, graphics, emails, social posts) to attract and retain customers.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization and Marketing to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Manage social profiles, create posts, and engage with the online community.
- Design and send newsletters and promotional emails.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and understand the target audience to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing solutions and measure their impact.
- Proficiency in digital marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
