Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for hospitality, real estate, residence, and commodity businesses.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across social media, websites, email, and paid digital platforms.
  • Align digital campaigns with company objectives, promotions, and brand standards.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, and videos) for digital platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across all channels.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and content partners to produce high-quality materials.
  • Manage and grow Casalavoro’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions professionally.
  • Monitor trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Implement basic SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and traffic.
  • Track website performance and user behavior.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for management.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven findings.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with Casalavoro’s corporate image and values.
  • Support PR and communications teams during digital reputation or crisis management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (a plus), Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media ads, email marketing, and basic analytics.

Skills:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Creativity balanced with business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
