Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads and brand awareness
- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels ideas, campaigns)
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Support property marketing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients
- Maintain consistent online brand presence and engagement
- Research market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of social media management and content strategy
- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads through digital channels
- Creative, proactive, and result-driven mindset
- A good understanding of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
