Job summary
We’re looking to hire a Digital Marketer who’s obsessed with growth, conversions, and getting real results. This isn’t a “just post content” role. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and metrics that matter.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Paid & organic).
- Manage social media growth, engagement, and community building
- Run high-ROI ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop SEO strategies and oversee content optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize for results
- Coordinate with designers and developers to produce compelling assets
- Manage email marketing sequences and lead generation funnels
- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and growth hacks
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven success managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and performance tracking
- Skilled in using marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience in creating and managing content calendars
- Good understanding of B2B/B2C funnels and lead generation strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, tech, or creative agencies
