Digital Marketing Manager

Responsiblities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
• Generate and optimize quality leads for the sales team.
• Develop content strategies that position Yemsays as a credible and desirable real estate brand.
• Track campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Identify new digital growth opportunities and trends within the real estate market.
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
• Build campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, enquiries, and sales.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate, property, finance, hospitality or another sales-driven industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
• Proven ability to generate and manage leads through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
• Data-driven mindset—you should be comfortable looking at numbers and making decisions based on performance.
• Strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
• Candidates who have managed successful campaigns and can demonstrate actual results will have an advantage.
  
• Candidates based in or around Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
