Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across self-storage, warehousing, cold-chain, and logistics business units.
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, videos, carousels, campaign materials, and promotional content.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Support lead generation initiatives through content marketing, inbound campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
- Create content that simplifies logistics, storage, and cold-chain solutions for businesses and customers.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to develop campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth.
- Coordinate video and visual content production for campaigns, customer education, and brand storytelling.
- Support email marketing and customer engagement initiatives across different business units.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and provide reports on leads, reach, and conversions.
- Stay updated on digital trends, logistics industry trends, and content formats to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
