Digital Pattern Developer
Job summary
The Digital Pattern Developer will be responsible for creating accurate digital garment patterns that guide cutting and sewing processes at Oyertur Garment Factory. This role involves converting fashion sketches, tech packs, or client design briefs into precise digital patterns that can be used for sampling and bulk production.

Responsibilities:
- Develop digital garment patterns from sketches, designs, or tech packs.
- Create size ranges (grading) for different body measurements.
- Ensure all patterns meet garment construction and fit standards.
- Work with sample makers to test and refine patterns before bulk production.
- Adjust and correct patterns based on feedback from fittings or quality control.
- Maintain a library of digital patterns for recurring use.
- Collaborate with the Tech Pack Developer to align specifications with production feasibility.
- Train or guide cutters on how to interpret and apply digital patterns accurately.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Textile Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker/Developer (digital pattern-making experience required).
- Proficiency in digital pattern-making software (e.g., CLO3D, Optitex, Gerber, TUKAcad, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and grading.
- Ability to translate fashion sketches and tech packs into accurate production patterns.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of past digital patterns is an advantage.
