- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the diagnostic center's website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to generate informative and accurate content related to diagnostic services.
- Ensure all content aligns with the center's brand voice and adheres to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase the diagnostic center's visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries and feedback on social media.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Enhance the patient journey by optimizing digital touchpoints, including the website, appointment scheduling systems, and patient portals.
- Implement strategies to improve online reviews and patient testimonials.
- Foster positive relationships with patients through personalized and effective digital communication.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and healthcare directories.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials and digital assets to support marketing campaign
