Job Summary
The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for promoting and selling Fynup Finance PSC’s financial products and services directly to customers, primarily within the informal sector. The DSE will identify and engage potential clients, explain the benefits of Fynup's offerings, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition and Engagement:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the informal sector to introduce Fynup's products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of using Fynup's financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and process customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for onboarding.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other DSEs and team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on Fynup’s products and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Diploma in any field
