We are Hiring: Design Manager

💰 Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
We are seeking a creative and strategic Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the delivery of high-quality visual assets across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the design team
• Oversee branding, digital & print design projects
• Ensure quality, creativity, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Manage workflow, deadlines, and project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 4years’ design experience (2+ years in leadership role)
• Strong portfolio (branding, digital & print)
. Must have completed NYSC
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong leadership, project management & communication skills.
Agency/marketing experience is a plus with motion graphics & video production knowledge.
