Design Intern (Graduate Trainee with Architectural Background)

We are looking for a passionate Design Intern (Graduate Trainee) with an architectural background to join our team and contribute to exciting projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, presentations, and technical drawings.
• Conduct research on materials, design trends, and sustainability practices.
• Support the team in drafting and 3D modeling using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design ideas.
• Prepare project documentation and assist in client presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers on various phases of design and construction.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, as required.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to design projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and sustainability concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation is a plus.
