Job Title: Architect / Designer (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior)
Location: On-Site / Hybrid
Reporting To: Lead Architect / Senior Design Lead
Key Responsibilities (Across All Levels)
Design & Development
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentations
- Translate client briefs into functional and creative designs
Technical & Documentation
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work with BIM and design software tools
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, contractors)
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Support project execution and site coordination
Innovation & Research
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices
- Contribute to innovative and efficient design solutions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s is an advantage)
Relevant experience based on level:
Junior: 0–2 years
Mid-Level: 3–5 years
Senior: 6+ years
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Strong design and visualization skills
Experience with BIM (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Behavioral Competencies
Creative and innovative mindset
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Results-oriented with high accountability
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Leadership and mentoring ability (for senior level)
